The Speaker waived the State Affairs Committee referral for the                                     
following at the request of Representative Weyhrauch, Chair:                                        
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 49(STA)                                                                  
    "An Act making corrective amendments to the Alaska Statutes as                                  
    recommended by the revisor of statutes; and providing for an                                    
    effective date."                                                                                
                                                                                                    
CSSB 49(STA) was removed from the State Affairs Committee and                                       
referred to the Judiciary Committee.
